Velichko went with his family to Kazakhstan. In 1956 Panko Georgievich was invited to the Pavlodar Regional Drama Theatre named after A.P. Chekhov to the position of chief artist. From now on and till the end of his days Panko Georgievich is a Kazakhstani artist with his own creative handwriting, with a passion for both graphics and painting.
