Velichko Panko Grigorievich. Graphic artist, painter, Member of the Artists Union of Kazakhstan since 1976 Velichko Panko Georgievich was born in Kiev. He grew up in an orphanage, his parents were repressed in 1937. During the war years the boy Pasha found himself in Central Asia, where an important meeting with Bukhara master - wood carver and ganch Usto Shirin Muradovin, influenced the fate of the future artist.
