Talkambayev Bakhytbek Omarovich. Kazakh artist, architect and designer. Member of the Artists Union of the USSR (1981). Professor of the Swiss University (Lugan) and Social-Pedagogical University (Shymkent). Was born on the 5th of August 1949 in Lenger, South Kazakhstan region. Talkambayev Bakhytbek Omarovich. Kazakh artist, architect and designer. Member of the Artists Union of the USSR (1981). Professor of the Swiss University (Lugan) and Social-Pedagogical University (Shymkent). Was born on the 5th of August 1949 in Lenger, South Kazakhstan region. In 1966 graduated from Almaty Art School named after N.V.Gogol (modern Almaty College of Decorative and Applied Arts named after Oral Tansykbaev) majoring in ‘wood artist’, in 1974 - Moscow Architectural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labour majoring in ‘architect’, in 1981 - Central Educational and Experimental Studio of Design E. A. Rozemblum at the Artists Union of the USSR. For many years he worked as a chief artist of Shymkent Art and Production Workshop, which was a branch of the Art Fund of Kazakhstan. He created decorative panels in the technique of wood carving, various household utensils for yurts, projects of interiors and significant constructions in Shymkent. The artist's paintings are improvisational ornamental-sign compositions. Many of his works are united in series: ’Legend of the Golden Man‘, “Samruk”, “Shabyt” and “Naua Apa” (’Mother Earth"); from the ‘Beket-Ata’ series - ‘Uran’, ‘Universal Mind’ and ‘Namay Kus’ (‘Gamayun Bird’); ‘Sealed Knowledge’ - ‘Guardian’, ‘Noah's Ark’ and ‘Adam-Ata-Naua Apa’ (‘Adam and Eve’). скрыть
