Stadnichuk Ivan Yakovlevich. Soviet and Kazakh artist. Member of the Artists Union of the USSR (1956). Born in the village of Khalaimgorodok near the town of Berdichev, Zhitomir region (Ukraine). In 1935 he moved to Samarkand, where he began to study in the studio under the guidance of an experienced artist Varsham. In 1940 he graduated from the Tashkent Art School, learnt from A. Stadnichuk Ivan Yakovlevich. Soviet and Kazakh artist. Member of the Artists Union of the USSR (1956). Born in the village of Khalaimgorodok near the town of Berdichev, Zhitomir region (Ukraine). In 1935 he moved to Samarkand, where he began to study in the studio under the guidance of an experienced artist Varsham. In 1940 he graduated from the Tashkent Art School, learnt from A. Volkov, entered the All-Russian Academy of Arts in Leningrad, but his studies were interrupted by the Great Patriotic War. Ivan Stadnichuk graduated after the front in 1952. The graduate's diploma work was a series of posters ‘Woman of the Country of Soviets’. After graduation he was sent to Almaty as a teacher of the art school. At the Artists Union he led a creative watercolour studio ‘Friday’, graduates of which are many well-known artists in Kazakhstan today. Stadnichuk was a regular participant of all-union, republican, city, inter-zonal exhibitions. More than twenty of his personal exhibitions were held. Today he occupies an honourable place among the outstanding citizens of Kazakhstan of Ukrainian origin. He made a significant contribution to the formation and development of fine arts in Kazakhstan. He worked in all genres of easel art. The artist left a great creative heritage, some of which is in the funds of the State Museum of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after A. Kasteev, in the family archive, as well as in museums and private collections in different countries. скрыть
