Having been born in a family of actors, the atmosphere of theatre life he transfers to his painting. Moments captured by Chingis Idrisovich, have the character of the image of the moment. Although the plots are narrative, but filled with a certain irony, as if to emphasise the author's refined sense of humour. Heroes of his works are filled with mystery and detachment. Nogaybaev imagines nomads exactly like that. And he gives birth in his paintings to separate worlds where images and thoughts roam, thus revealing their credo.
