Nasedkin Nikolai Alekseevich. Soviet and Kazakh artist-painter, muralist. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. Awarded medals of the USSR. Member of the Artists Union of the USSR (since 1961). Born in 1918 in Kharkov, in the family of a worker. After seven years of schooling and FZO school worked at a machine-tool factory. Born in 1918 in Kharkov, in the family of a worker. After seven years of schooling and FZO school worked at a machine-tool factory. Participant of all-Union and republican exhibitions since 1952. Worked in Almaty combine ‘Oner’. Led an active public life. For more than 20 years he was a permanent chairman of the military sponsorship commission, organised exhibitions in military units and meetings of soldiers with artists. He is the author of numerous thematic paintings and portraits. His work is characterised by military-patriotic themes. A significant theme in his paintings is the life of village workers. He travelled a lot around the republic, visited remote areas. Such trips resulted in sketches and paintings on the theme of rural life. Works of the artist are kept in the collections of the State Museum of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after A. Kasteev. скрыть
