The artist mastered one of the most difficult techniques - gouache. In Soviet times gouache was called ‘paint for posters’ and this technique was not perceived in any other way. Ivan Kvachko painted with it and created real masterpieces. Singing lines and subtle colour transitions allowed him to embody on paper all the beauty and majesty of nature. The works are kept in the collection of the Kasteev State Museum of Art of the Republic of Kazakhstan and private collections in different countries. скрыть
