The artist's painting carries a huge charge of optimism and gives a key to understanding the integral unity of the world. In his work, Saken Gumarov valued the originality of the plot and composition. ‘Freedom. I appreciate and achieve freedom’ - said the artist. Forty personal exhibitions were held during Saken Gumarov's lifetime. The works are presented in the State Museum of Arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after A. Kasteev, the Museum of Modern Art (Astana), in the house-museum of Saken Gumarov (Uralsk, opened in 1995).
