Belongs to a bright pleiad of artists-sixties, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of the national art school of Kazakhstan. Emotional and colour preferences of the artist go back to the traditions of the Silver Age - Borisov-Musatov, Somov. Preferred to work from nature, often in one breath - in one sitting. A significant part of the series in the work of the artist are Crimean landscapes, created during trips to Gurzuf on the creative base of the Artists Union. Closer to the end of his creative activity, the artist is inspired by still lifes. He painted irises, peonies, roses literally in one breath, in a day, capturing the lightness and beauty of flowers. скрыть
